Use of precalculated value set ?

Hello,

I need to know how many documents (header information) were sold for a special Material group (position information).

In the InfoCube 0SD_C03 I only get the number of positions for the material groups.

At the risk to get double values, I need to know the number of documents for each Material group. How can I build up such a report.

I have tried to use precalculated value sets (which collects all documents for a special material group) in a structure but this is not allowed.

Has anybody an idea?

Try to use that field in the free characteristic and then use number count as an calculated key figure and use the exception aggregation property to that field and that should get you the required number.
