Function for stock for specific date

Hi,

We are in need for a general function to get stock for a Plant,Material,Date.

MB5B gived the answer but there is no usefull function inside.

Does anyone know such a function?

Please check the selection of Scope of list in the initial screen in MB5B.

Hi Mike,

If you want to develop your own report which means Z-report, plz correct me if I am wrong.

If it is a Z-Report, you have to use the relevant tables and fields.You can use primarily MSEG, and MBEW tables for the data you seem looking for. Again It depends what are all the out-put you are expecting.

You may give us further inputs to enable us to come up with more suggestions.

Thanks, the basic logic is clear to me. I debugged the MB5B, but still I have no real wish writing a new function copying the logic of MB5B. I presumed that other people had the need for such a function, that some where out there will be a ready Z function for this issue.
