Linkage for attributes

Dear Gurus

in VD02>contact person's tab>dub click on any contact-->we come to "change customer" screen

here on top there's a button 'Additional data', inside here :-

there's a field 'Attribute' [ 1-to-10] and it's corresponding value. I know I can define the corresponding values in

SPRO>SD>Master data>Bus Partners>Contact person--->Define attributes.

My question is how do I link the these defined attributes to the 'Attribute' [ 1-to-10] screen as mentioned above.

thus the requirement is to see the following

Fax------->(definition of the attributes) ,

& not Attribute 1------->(definition of the attributes)

similiar Logical field names------->(definition of attributes)

& not Attribute 2------->(definition of the attributes)

thus the 'linkage' and the 'logical name' giving issue is what my requirement is.
