Problem when down loading alv data.

Hi friends,

While iam downloading alv report data its downloading only last page only.

for example output is 10,000 lines , it displays only last page only.

so, plz tell me the reason , why its happen like that.

<b>Hi Murli.</b>wen u use the function module REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY for ur grid display...by choosing the option LIST -> EXPORT -> LOCAL FILE or LIST -> EXPORT -> SPREADSHEET

this will help u to print ur ALV grid in the excel spread sheet format

thanks for ur replay, i clearify the issue in another way.

I am working for support project. In intialize fieldcatlog alv some body worngly mentioned table name. Because of that problem output is getting properly while downloading.

When your ALV list is displayed, find the button 'local file' on application tool bar.

Click on that and choose spreadsheet. Then enter the path where the Excel file is to stored. Click Generate. All records will come.
