Personnel information - address country specific

Hi All

We are working on ESS , EP 7.0 and ECC 6.0. We working on personnel information, address for country india. We defined the resources, area groups and areas and also able tosee the service we created in ESS personnel information workset

But we we clicked to maitain the address for an employee

we are facing the below error :

HRXSS_PER_P0006_IN in scope APPLICATION_SCOPE with installed "null"

We checked the standard settings in system, came to know the Stadard Function group and fucntion module are not avaialbe for country grouping 40.

is there any other way to resolve this issue? or its mandotary to have the FG and FM for country india?

right now our ECC 6.0 is service pack 02, We heard like if we upgrade the version to service pack 18 will be able to get all country specific FG. will this work for our requirment....

Please helpus in this issue....

Obsolutely, you will find the resource 'EMPLOYEE_PERSDATA_IN_SERVICE' from SP -18 onwards.

sorry for replying bit late....we have upgraded the system to SP18...yes you are right we are able to see the Indian specific services..
