Stop Report From Running

Hi there

We have some impatient users on our system, and they get tired waiting too long for a BW report to run.

Is there a way they can stop the report from running?

At the moment they are simply clicking on another link in the portal, but as far as I am concerned, this doesn't stop the backend BW processes. Granted, they could go into transaction SM50 and stop their particular process, but there is no way we can grant them this access

Any input would be appreciated.

Is it not better to improve performance?

(aggregates, or use RSRT)

Of course, but there's only so much performance improvement that can be done
