Hi all,

Is it possible to configure automatic account determination depending on MATERIAL GROUP.I want to link non coded materials/services to predetermined G/L account.

Go to SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Material master- Entry Aids for Items Without a Material Master

here, enter the valuastion class for the material to determine the a/c

Automatic account determination is possible for material type & Account categrory reference combination. We can assign different valuation classes to the account category reference.

It is not pssible to configure automatic account determinationa depending on material group.

For non coded materials /services to predetermined G/L account you can determine through

SPRO--Material management -- purchasing --Material master -- Entry aids for items without a material master.

Here you can specify purchasing valu key & Valuation class,

yes. it is possible in Entry Aids for Items Without a Material Master---->default for non stock items in purchasing
