spam buffer inconsistency

Hello,

We have applied support package for abapSAPKA70011 and basis SAPKB70011.

System got hang and spam was stuck in import-proper stage.we restarted the system and it was not allowing to login in sap system.It was throwing following error:-status 0020of the user interface SAPMSYST missing .

Then we imported packages at OS level with following command.

tp r3i SAPKB70011 DEV pf=\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_DEV.PFL tag=spam -Dclientcascade=yes -Drepeatonerror=8

Both the packages were imported successfully at OS level.Now we are able to login to the system.But spam queue is not reset.It is showing same status at which it was hung.In logs it shows request not found in bufferand error is buffer inconsistency.

Please help ASAP.

Hi,

Did you try using the extras-->reset status from the SPAM transaction?

Hi,

It is resolved.

It was not allowing to reset queue through extras-->reset status .

We have edited PAT10 and PAT03 entries.

Since there was inconsistency in buffer and database tables,

it was showing error status in inport_proper phase in spam.
