Gross weight and net weight not picking

Dear all,

system is not picking up the gross weight and net weight for one particular item each time in the sales order. what could be the reason for this? and how to rectify this problem?

Check in MMR >BASIC DATA 1 VIEW>

Enter gross weight,net weight there.

in VOV7

you have to activate weight volume relevent in the particular item's item category.

for this error u should have to activate <b>weight volume relevent</b> in item category.

goto <b>TAN</b> and activate weight volume relevent indicator.

then u will get the answer.
