Hi,
I realized that the std ICWC creates a blank Interaction Record upon confirmation of an account, then clicking on End button directly after.
Is there any available BADI or workaround to suppress a blank Interaction Record from creation? Thks.

Actually this might need a lot of effort to modify this logic.
Maybe you could check the note 971941 for some guidance.
I am not so sure.
