while creating customer the following error occurs

"account number incorrect"

how should i proceed

Check the a/c assignment in <b>VKOA </b>and also check a/c group in <b>OBD2</b>

Check your customer account group.Also check the number range assigned for the customer account groups.

1. First you have to check the number range the customer account number.

2. whether the number is assigned by the user or by the system.

3. which specifications are necessary or possible in the master record
