Hi All,
I have a paragraph L3 below
Paragraph L3 Descript. Flush left 1st it
Number Tab position Alignment
1 20.00 CH LEFT
2 31.00 CH LEFT
3 33.00 CH LEFT
Can anybody explain how does it work i mean
for ex... I have 3 feilds F1 , F2 & F3 of length 20 ch , 31 ch, 33 ch respectively being printed with L3 .... How will these be printed ..?

Hi,
L3 works this way.....
L3 has 3 tabs...
U try to print F1 , F2 , F3...
So in the editor u have given this way (say):
L3 F1,,F2,,F3
1)so initially F1 will be printed with 20 ch....
2) Then since a single tab is given , starting from the left margin, it counts 20
(since first tab length is 20), and prints F2(of length 31)..
3) Next again a single tab is used after F2..So again starting from left margin it
counts 31(since second tab is 31), and prints F3..
But here a overlap of F2 and F3 may occur...
4) Here the third tab is not used .... (only two tabs are used...)
