Hi PS Guru,
When i run t.code CJI3 and when i going to create my layout and put my
layout as a global layout but system restricted me to do and by default
the check box of user defined layout is grey. i am unbale to remove
this check box.

Check if you have the authorization for object S_ALV_LAYO with value 23.

Unfortunately we are working with SAP ECC6.0 (SAP-BASIS 700-010), so the note is not applicable.
For information, we use for this test transactions: cats_da, cji3, ksb1...
