How can message creater response to their support message

Hi experts,

I have aproblem with the support message.

When support message has been created from sattelite system, how can the processor notify the message creater that the message has been solved

and how can the message creator response with the processor?

Is crm_dno_monitor the only way for the creator to track their message??

Please give me some more information.
