EEWB for CRMD_ORDER

Former Member

Hi Forum,

This is about an issue at hand regarding EEWB. I am trying to create a new tab and some fields for in transaction : CRMD_ORDER (service process).

The EEWB wizard works fine and the extensions are created without error, but the newly created tab is still not visible.

There is another considerable thing that when I create the same for BP then it works fine and the tab n fields are visible in that case.

Another work around that I noticed in sap help is that for a tab to be created there needs to be a function module namely ZZ*_*EventDINP that needs to be created, which is happening in case of BP but not for CRMD_ORDER.

Kindly help me with this issue.

Regards,

Amit

Hi Muralidhar Prasad,

Thanks for the note, but as I said the tab is already created in BP so this note is not applicable in my case.

I need help with creating tab in CRMD_ORDER.

Hi ,

Did you see that addittional fields/tables actually have been created in DB?

If so you can check 2 things :

- Screen sequence control for transactions ( in SPRO - CRM-Transaction-Basic settings-User interface)

- Trn code EEWC - at least one row should be determinated in this table

Hi Rika,

Thx for coming to the rescue........

The following entries have been created in eewb extension..

Function Module LIMU FUNC ZCRM_BTX_EEW_OBJTYP35

Data Element R3TR DTEL ZEEW_DATAELEMENT3501

Function Group R3TR FUGR ZCRM_BTX_EEW_AU35

Table R3TR TABL CI_EEW_CUSTOMER_H

Table R3TR TABL ZCRMT_BTX_EEW_ROOT35

Table R3TR TABL ZEEW_CUSTOMER_H35

Yes there are entries in the ttables with ZZ* fields as given by us.

I have already checked EEWC there also the RFC destination entry is absolutely perfect.

I have also worked on CRM_SSC Screen sequence control for transactions, but this is one area which is not explored completely, can u plz point out some work arounds to do in this area.

Regards,

Amit
