hi all,
user has by mistake done the technically complete in network at header level, how to cancel the technically complete in network, it is not allowing the change thru cn22, even by power user.
pl help how to cancel the technically complete in network, once done.

Hi,
Please try to undo TECO in project builder transaction CJ20N.
If it does not work, check the following:
1.Check whether network "user status" is created. Check whether setting TECO automatically creates a user status which prohibits "revoke Technical Completion". If it is so, obviously, system will not allow revoking technical completion (User status customization transaction - OK02)
2. Check whether user has authorization for revoking TECO.

Goto Edit -
>Status -
> Technically Complete -
> Undo.
This will undo the TECO status.

this is in disabled mode & not editable
(cancel close techn)
first of all when i go to cn22 and given the network number, immediately information is display
Change is not allowed
pl suggest how to make undo or cancel close techn in network, how this has to be done thru spro, i suppose.
