Assign Vacation Hours to new employee

Hi,

How can I assign vacation hours to a new hire? I want to assign specific # of hours for each vacation quota type.

Hi,

You can either generate absence quotas manually using the report RPTQTA00.

You can also create absence quotas on IT2006 for each employees individually.

You can also generate absence quotas automatically using time evaluation.

Use dynamic actions to assign specific number of hours for each vacation quota type for New Hires....

If your vacation isn't calculated using time evaluation (RPTIME00 / PT60), then you can use PA30 for assigning them.

If you want to assign during hiring action, you can either do it with help of infogroup or thru dynamic action.
