Hello Sumit,

thank you very much. i am following post installation stuff for XI. Looks like i struck up with SLD. I could not open SLD.

The config guide is huge. Do you have idea what are the mandatory steps to see my SLD and import my objects in SLD/IR/ID.

Also, IS configuration to see my messages in Runtime workbench.

I am grateful if you help me.

Thanks,

Srinivas

Hello Sumit,

I am not doing for any clients. I started installed solamdn to generate the key. once i get it, i installed Xi on same host.

If it is , pls let me kow the procedure.

Hi Srinivas,

It is not mandatory to do client copy.. you can use 001 as XI server.

Hello All,

Thank you all. I tried your suggestions, but still it is giving problem.

I installed Solution Manager first on it just to generate key for XI. Later I installed XI by overwriting DB and using the cental SLD. But, now i may not access Solution Manager since it is overwritten by XI.

In this case is something wrong happen to SLD. I believe SLd in j2ee stack, but solaman SLd is ABAP side. is anything wrong here. Hope SAP able to identify XI SLD and can use.

Can you please let me know the steps after installing. I followed XI configuration.

Is there any config i have to follow for SLD.

Thanks in advance for your help, I am really can't proceed. pls help

Hi ,

Are you installing the servers for some client ?

Do u want to use solman and xi both ? or you simply installed solman to generate the key ?

If you got access to marketplace download the installation guides available for XI.

Hi,

Try by restaring J2EE engine. Also try to refresh cache using SXI_CACHE...and then try to login again..

Hope this will help.

using which user are you trying to login into SLD?

your user should have the SLD_ADMINISTRATOR right...
