I am junior in SAP administratotion. Now I am trying to create users and give them roles. My Computer have Vista OS installed, SAPGUI version 7.10 with patch 4. Create Users , roles OK!, but when i am trying to view menu, created myself, the program terminated, sometimes with error: saplogon.exe, version 7100.1.4.1029, error module

sapguirm.ocx, version 7100.1.4.216, exception 0xc0000005.

Can anybody help Me? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Eric, but I need to give more infomation:

I can create role running the PFCG transaction, add SU01 transaction, generate profile, but when I exit from PFCG transaction and start it again, I can view and adit all, except MENU TAB.

Where I can view SAP notes, excuse me for my stuped!
