While working with File Adapter i am facing the problem as given

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://emsap008:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Received HTTP response code 401 : Unauthorized.

please give me the solution

Gabriel,

Please, check the password for your XIISUSER/PIISUSER. This error use to be related to permissions or a fail in the authentication.

Also, try navigation to the url you provided and see what happens.

Hi,

Check the user ID and password used in File Adapter and also the authorization of the user.

Check the Port is active too.

whether u r asking password for FTP server config

i mentioned user as gabriel and

password as gabriel

server 192.168.1.253

port as 21

any suggestion???

the error is because of the user which is trying to push the data into the IS using tha above link if failling...mostly check the PWD of the PISUPER.....

check are you able to login to the IS URL using all the service user...

also make sure your FTP Credentials are fine afer that.
