idoc to inquiry in sap(very urgent)

Hi experts,

I am using bapi BAPI_CUSTOMERINQUIRY_CHANGE in my posting program to change the existing inquiry. i am setting fields

inquiry_items_inx-itm_number = vbap-posnr.

inquiry_items_inx-updateflag = 'U'.

inquiry_items_inx-material = 'X'. these values....but still it is not changing the material number..... but all other thing is working welll....pls help me out...

You are using the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT/ 'Confirm Transaction'???

Yes i am using the commit, I am using the standard posting program which is provided by SAP IDOC_INPUT_INQUIRY_CREATEFROMD by copying it to some zFM ... so in that itself commit FM is there

Hi,

Go to se37 and check ur bapi is working with the same data which ur posting,if it is working then u have not posting data correctly when ur using it in program.
