Dear All

is any SPRO menu to allow to change the filed's on this table? The field name is BETRG (HR payroll amount) constant MAXBT . i am using country group 99 and for this MAXBT is only 999,999,999.99. i want to increase to max as one payroll is doing a conversion between a foreign currency and EUR and if the exchange rate is increased field will overflow and payrolls not able to store the bank transfer amount /995 in payroll currency.

Table name is International Payroll Constants

As you said,

If the payment amount is higher than the constant, you need to check the necessary corrections of payment amount. if not, we need to change the constant amount for this payroll perion to avoid disturbances or you can change the contact permanently for all the periods.

In SM31, use table V_T511P. But I believe the constant MAXBT is pre-configured with maximum possible amount. The maximum length for BETRG is 15 characters.
