HI
I need to translate texts of a smartforms, for example from german to spanish or from english to spanish but i don't know how i do it.
The smartforms is IDWTCERT_VE_04.
i checked others thread and they say that use tx SE63 but when i use this tx i have a mistake, for example don't text available...
How can i do it??? There is another way??
Regards
Gregory
You r doing something wrong... I just tested and works for me.
Step-by-Step:
1- se63 -> R/3 Enterprise -> Other Long Texts -> double click in SSF
2- Put IDWTCERT_VE_04 in object name
in Source Language put EN (english) because the form is original in EN.
in Target Language choose DE (if u like to translate into German)
Translate the Texts, Activate and later for transport the transalation, check this solved post:

hi
good
Transaction SE63 enables you to perform the following activities:
· Call up an individual object to translate it directly
· Call up a personal worklist to find and translate objects that need translating in the collections assigned to you
· Define your settings to suit the way you want to work with the translation tools

reward point if helpful.

Text "hard coded" in the form :
SE63 -> Translation -> Long text -> SAPScript -> Smart Forms.
SAPScript standard text
SO10.

Text in variables (&xxxx&)
Programmaticaly in the form and/or the calling program.
