ESS Services Not working

Hi All,

I am able to view certain services like Personal information, Benefits and Planning but not able to see who's who and other services. But after assigning the Super_admin role it works fine. And i have also assigned the permissions to role and folders.

Its urgent please guide me.

Pls check if the end user permission box is checked for the iview which is not working .

As u said u have checked it, if not then what is the error which is being thrown up ?

Hi Jayesh,

Thanks for reply. The problem was that the permissions are missing at system level. I have done that and the error was gone.
