In Regard to DB patch 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4

Hello Gurus I'm running on 10.2.0.2 oracle &

i need to update 10.2.0.4 as it very urgent. Can any one tell me how to download that patch.

10.2.0.4 is not yet released so you can´t download it.

Hi Markus & Gurus.when im trying to take offline abck up this is the error in facing .

Is this an upgraded system (upgrade from Oracle 8 or 9)?

check if directory D:\oracle\MBS\102\database exists.
