Open a customizing point even the system is non-changeable

I would like to open FI12 transaction, and I know that it would be possible to open by SOBJ transaction selecting "Current settings", but it does not work.

Is there another way to open this transaction for modification?

Is the client where the procedure doesn't work in status "Productive" (transaction SCC4)?

Thankyou for you answer but I have solved the problem changing by se11 transaction the "Table maintenance generator"and selecting " no,or user, recording routine" for V_T012K view.
