Pricing error and doc is still saving

Hello

Billing document is saved allthough pricing error is there in document. It should not saved without tht basic price condition. I hav marked basic price condition mandatory as well in pricing procedure.

Please help

hi,

the doc will be saved. however, there are two options-

1. if you wnt to carry out new pricing in vf01 (incse of price chnages) then you will have to use user exits for this. try this USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP (Module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZC). if you are creating cond records for mandatory cond then i guess the cond reco number field in konv table for this cond. will be blank and can be used to put the check

2. if you want to copy the pricing cond from sales order to invoice as it is w/o the price changes then in the item copy ctrl from sale order to billing, for the price type maintain 'g'

Hi Inder

The pricing error u r getting in the Billing document is not relevant for the Base price or the condition types because if u miss the condition type in the order then only u will get the error at which u cant save the document

If the error is at the Billling document then it is for the Account error

hi,

The document will be saved even if it contains errors, but the document cannot be used for

further processing. Like invoice is saved with errors, but the accounting document will not be generated. Check the incompletion procedure.

the doucment will be saved with error message irrespective whether you have maintained condtion records for the mandatory condtion records.
