Validity for Sales Order

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement, I want to put validity period for Sales Order.

Customer has given me a PO which is valid for certain fix time. How do I ensure that enduser shall not make PGI and Billing after this date.

Pls advice.

Hi.

In sales document you cant maintain valid to date.If its contains valid date then it will be contract/executive contract

For Sale Order Expiry U can use Userexit Include MV50AFZ1 in program SAPMV50A..

In MV50AFZ1: USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIKP:Here u can write ur own code according to requirement.

The progam is for Delivery, Since u need to check the Sale document date with the delivery date while doing delivery .

The userexit ,USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIKP, helps to move some fields like date etc to check the date in delivey with the sale order date.

Go to header deatails .. thr u can put the validity

I am unable to find it.

I clicked on-Display Doc. Header details, but unable to see any field where I can write valid from and valid to dates.

please help or send me screen shot please.----

can u pls be specific where we can maintian validity period in sales order header details, simply dont give sales order header, pls be specific dont be generic, thanks
