TP Connect Error

Hello,

I got this error while updating SPAM, i tried calling TP connect <SID> but i am getting following error.. please can you send me step by step procedure to rectify this problem..

This is tp version 340.16.37 (release 640)

E-TPSETTINGS could not be opened.

Error in TPSETTINGS: transdir not set.

tp returncode summary:

TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0

ERRORS: Highest tp internal error was: 0208

tp finished with return code: 208

meaning:

error in transportprofil (param missing, unknown,...)

Hi Omefar,

To test tp from command line, you must include the parameter "pf=<PATH>\TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL".

Hello Ajai,

i did configured STMS, and upgrade TP Version plus Kernel... the said problem seems to TP parameter setting.. and i tried setting Parameter but still the problem remain same...

Omefar,

Please check the file TPPARAM_<SID of Domain controller>.PFL Is the Transdir set coorectly in this file?

hi,

go to TC SPAM.in Utilities--check transport tool-in that u will any one showing error.also check transport profile path of the trnasport ,
