How to create orders at level vendor?

Hello Gurus

We need to group orders ( stock transfer orders) at level vendor, when the vendor is an attribute of the product.

That is, If normally,the optimizer generates two orders (for example number 1234 at 1235) for two products - at the same location.

we need to generate ONE order for the two products in the same location.

Is it possible?

APO is designed to create one order per product. I dont think it creates something like schedule lines for one order, like it does in R/3. I am sure it is possible to consolidate these orders in R/3 side though which, is something you should explore. Once R/3 numbers are generated on publishing the order in R/3 from APO, your requirement should get automatically met. There may be some light development required from R/3 side. Just that you need to explore this option in R/3. APO is not the right system to expect this behaviour.
