SAP_ALL Display Role

Hi,

As per the Business Requirement , we need a sap_all Display Role to be created.

We are on ECC 6.0 . It is very hard to chnage all the access to Display copying that. Do we have a work around for this. Please help me.

Hi Tanuj,

SAP_NEW is not for the displaying part.

SAP would generally add new authorization objects to the SAP_NEW profile.

Here are some stanadard SAP Profiles.

<b>Profile User type (global view) Functions in the CTS</b>S_A.SYSTEM System administrator (superuser) System administrator

S_A.ADMIN Operator Display only

S_A.CUSTOMIZ Customizer Project manager

S_A.DEVELOP Developer Developer

S_A.USER User Display only

S_A.SHOW Basis: Display only Display only

Hi Siddesh,

Thanks for the Information. But we are intrested to give this to some associates in Production to have access to all Transatcions related MM , FI , SD etc and not basis related.

Hi,

You can provide the S_A.User role and then search for a MM Display only role. I am sure with a little search in the PFCG , you should be able to find such role.

You can assign SAP_New role which is having only display authorities.
