For service item with out shipping poing can we do the delivery.

Hello Guruveer,

Usually service items uses schedule line not relevant for delivery as we cannot do delivery for service as we donot maintain inventory for them.

But still if we want to do delivery for service item the schedule line should have the tick for delivery activated and once we do that we can create delivery and for creating a delivery shipping point is mandatory as for deliverring any item we should have aphysical location from where we can collect material and deliver.

Service item is something that has no inventory so therefore no delivery and PGI. You can directly do billing in reference to sales order.
