Hi friends,
I have little problem when getting the email alerts in production system.
We had an Alert configuration in place in all the systems.
Recently for user email-id have been changed and update the new email-id in all the systems in SU01 transaction.
In Quality we are getting the alerts for this user , but not getting in dev & production
I see the difference only in roles& profiles for this user in quality compared to dev & prod.
Could anyone please help me what needs to be corrected to receive the email alerts for this user?.

Check whether the objects in Prd after transport are activated.

Hi Kumar,
Are you expecting the emails in the Outlook inbox? Is it an external mail id?
Check things below -
1. Are alerts being generated? Check transaction ALRTINBOX to make sure that.
2. Check transactions SOST to see emails are generated for the users.
3. Make sure that in transaction SCOT, the user id is added as supported address types.
