Is it possible to create delivery without shipping points?

to make it more clear, When you are releasing a sales order, choose Sales document -> Subsequent functions-> Create delivery, then the shipping point will be brought in from the sales order. In all other scenarios you have to key in the shipping point. The above described scenario will only work if all items on the sales order are to be shipped from the same shipping point.

Hi Raskin,

It is not possible to create a delivery document without a shipping point. The shipping point is an organizational unit in Logistics that performs shipping processing and identifies the location from where the goods leave the plant.

Not at all possible Raskin...

Bcoz every delivery is assigned to one shipping point only... that is delivery is controlled in shipping point like a sales area in sales order...
