settlement problem

Hi gurus,

Can anybody tell me a complete setting for order settlement.

Actually when I am going to do a settlement through KO88 system giveing me a message "No settlement for this sender"

"Message no. KD233"

please suggest me answer.

I will give full point for right answer.

Hi Nilesh,

There could be two reasons.

1. You might have not done GR for the header ie the status of the order is not DLV .

Or

2. You might have done the TECO after a long time ie after the period indicated in the settlement profile.

Please check the settlement profile/distribution details in that specific order and let us know what is defined there?

In the display mode CO03 From menu bar Header--->Settlement Rule.

Hi,

Do last or any goods movement then u will be able to c settlement.

First check if you have a settlement rule in your order:

This should have MAT as the key and the material code as the receiver.

If not, try to add it and check again.

Please check the following:

In Order Type: (TC-- OPJH)

Settlement Profile ( proper settlement profie is to be given)

In Order Type Dep. Parameters ( TC: OPL8 )

Default Rule: ( Give a Default Rule)

Costing Variants ( Actual, Planned )-- Select suitable Values

Planned Costs Calc: Determine when saving

All this thng in opl8 are already there and in the order

settlement rule is created

order status is technicaly completed

still there is sama message.
