how to correct datapacket

Hi experts,

we are loading data to target from PSA where PSA is having around 1100 data packets with 50000 records in each packet, when i loaded data into target one of the packet was in yellostatus, so i was expecting it turn to green but it did't turn to green in remained in yello when i seen the overall status and technical statuses they are in yello,when i refreshed it after 2 days it thrown a shortdum giving nodetails,this is BI7 environment.can you guys suggest me how to repair this...like in 3.x simulate update..

whats your sm21 and ST22 log for tht particular date and user id showing??

Did you find any error message which might tell us why it was unsuccessful in the short dump?
