Go to SE63 >

Select Translation > R3 Enterprise > Long Text (Documentation)

L5 > NA (Messages)

Enter Messgae class+Message number like

00398

where 00 - Message class

398 - Message number.

Select your language and press EDIT.

The long text in the original language must be activated in SE91, not just saved, otherwise it will not be available in SE63.

Some additional info....

I think you need to use RS_LXE_RECORD_TORDER program to transport the translations to target client.

Hi,

Run the TCODE SE63.

Select Translation->R3 Enterprise->Long Text.

For adding the translation to TRANSPORT Request, Run the Program

RS_LXE_RECORD_TORDER.
