WebDynpro displays German language error message instead of english

Dear friends,

The issue is, one of my WebDynpro application is validating the enterered values, but displaying the error message in German langauge instead of English.

When I check the application component in WebDynpro Content Administration, I got the below warning message.

Failed to read resource bundle ".../types/Bapisdit.dtstructure" for locale "en". Check trace for details.

How can I resove this?

How can I check the WebDynpro log files?

At present I am checking a SAP note 947081.

Any instant guide from anybody?

Hi Lakshmikanthaiah ,

u can check the log in the server.go to D:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\log. there u can check default.trc .

for language problem u can check what's the logon language defined for ur user.

Thanks for the update.

User logon language is English.

But only 2 webapplication's only the error messages are displaying in German language. Rest are working fine.

Any hope?

Where r u getting those error msgs?? Is it returned from bapi or its ur error msgs??

Those error messages are I found in properties file which are inside the SapDictionaryTypesRuntime.jar file.

I need to check the message existence in messages_en.properties file.

Now I am waiting for basis team to get the file for me for more analysis.

Any idea from your side.
