Hello All ,
After Saveing Service Ticket ,where can we see service ticket number and which table it will be stored .
can any body please tell me .
I don't have idea on this .
Thanks,
Aravind.
Hello Aravind,
I suppose you're talking about a WebClient scenario here?
When you save the service ticket a message is displayed stating the service ticket number.
You can also see it when you confirm the same customer again, it will appear as the first entry in the 'Contact history', together with the transaction number.
All transactions in CRM are stored in the CRMD_ORDERADM_H table. Of course this table is the master table and only contains the header data, all other pieces of data of the transaction are stored in linked tables. (E.g partners in a transaction are stored in CRMD_PARTNER)
Hope this helps,
Kind regards,
Joost

hi Arvind,
You can also see your ticket in the Online CRM ..just put in the Transaction id in the CRMD_order Screen
As your service ticket is nothing but a service order in the CRM online system.
Cheers!!
