hello all,
i am working on file to jms scenario. File adapter is picked the file. but jms adapter is not received. in adapter monitoring no messages are displayed. Messages are storing into smq2.queues are registered. in sxmb_moni Q.Status showing stop. sxi_cache showing Unable to refresh cache contents. we installed pi7.0 newly, is there any configuration problem? Plz suggest me.

if acche is not refreshing...wht's the error message you are reciving when you do taht.....try to refresh the CPA chache also make sure the JMS challel is active....if the data is always stucking int Queue...then just to try do the queue scheduling in Integreating engine and assign the queue whihc is registred and run the interface....i susupect the JMS reciver side also might we haev to look

Just try to refres the SXI_CACHE. if still it say cache cannot be refreshed due to some Error (may be due to some conflicts) then Basis folks can help you on this.
I faced the same issue some time back..that my interface was working fine...but abruptly it start throwing an Error ...Cache is not Refreshed:-(
I esclate it to the Basis folks and they resolved it:-) How they they resolved it still question mark for me

What does the item in the queue say when you drilldown?
It should provide a message?
Where the queues activated in SXMB_ADM - Manage Queues?
