Also could you help me to find out the process followed to find out a BAPI in the system for a particular requirement !!

Could you please provide a detailed description.

Use transaction BAPI and then browse through the sections.

For APO BAPIs check under Supply Chain Management >> Advanced Planning and Optimization.
