Delta Records missed

Former Member

Dear All,

Greetings!!!

We had gone live on Aug'07 for MM-BIW.

We had done the Data Extraction using Split-Mirror approach.

There after the Delta upload was happening daily.

Since 25th. Oct the delta upload for one of the Inventory Infocube

is not happening.Till 24th. Oct the Delta and

Compressions has happened successfully in this Cube. From 25th. we see

that there is an error "Initialization Part has been deleted." Due to

this Delta is not getting triggered.

Datasource - 2LIS_03_BF , 2LIS_03_BX not appearing in RSA7 in R/3

system. We are trying to find reason how this got deleted.

Pls help us in resolving the issue and triggering the Delta. We are not

in a position to do the Initialization again.

Thanks

Esther

Hi Esther,

I think you haven't any solution except to init the setup tables again. If you have lost the delta queue you will have to do the initialization again because you can executes the delta queue again in the LO cockpit but you would lose all the records between the 25th until you init the delta queue again.

Hi Esther,

As per my knowledge there is no othere option rather than initializing ur DS again.

Did u miss the delta records from 25 onwards???

IF u do init without data transfer then ur delta queu will be created in RSA7.

Dear All,

I want to know one thing

We are doing extraction for queued delta, So lbwq will capture the delta, every 6 hrs it will push the data to rsa7. In rsa7 there is no data source means where those records will go??

Bocs every 6 hrs it is successfully finishing, then the records might be somewhere it is storing right??

Again getting the downtime in R3 PRD is very difficult for us.

Pls give me some suggestion.

Thanks,

Esther
