Changes of Free Characteristics Order

Sometimes free characteristics switch places from one time to another when you do refresh of a query. We discovered it when we tried to copy an existing query (sheet 1) to sheet 2. How can one prevent this??

Hi Sabine,

If you have not changed the query definition at all then the free characteristics will not change positions. I think in sheet1 probably the query's local view was changed .. You can try copying the same query from sheet2 to sheet3 and check.
