Keeping the Appraiser in line with the Org Structure
We are using ESS and MSS to deliver Appraisals in ERP, with the Administrators creating the templates and maintaining them in the backend. The problem that we have encountered is that due to the amount of changes that take place in the org structure, HR are constantly having to maintain the Appraisal header to change the manager. As we are using structural authorizations, we experience problems when the Appraisal header and the Org structure do not match.
Can anyone advise any programs that can be run overnight for example that check the org structure against the Appraisee/Appraiser and then update the header accordingly? Or is there any BADI that can be implemented that can do this?
