Error Messages in BBP_PD

Hi Experts!!

I am getting error while checking status....BBP_PD transaction.

Messages:

E BBP_PD 428 Enter exactly one partner of type</b>

Anyone suggest me what are reasons behind it ??

Hi,

partner missing could mean :

- no vendro in your Po

- no recipient in your PO

....

Thus check the partner data tab at header and item level of your PO.

Thanks for reply.

I appreciate to share the issue further,I did this analysis for long time incomplete entries. I found that...Idoc partner profile is missing

while transfering data from R/3 to XI- and SRM through ALE Message.

Try doing this:

1. In Sm30, view BBPV_PDMSG enter a new line as follows:-

BBP_PD 428 BUS2201 blank blank WE E X

You'll get a transport when you save which will have to be transported.

2. In SPRO under cross application Basic Settings - Message Control - Influence message control.

Select BUS2201 and click on Message control at the left.

Select BBP_PD 428 using F4 (step 1 should have made this message available) and Type W.

Save!
