Authorization objects for tcode, CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Dear All,

I m new to solution manager

WE r are using Solution manager 4.0 and i wanted to give the Authorization of Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR to core team members, so that they can manage the tickets.

But I m adding the tcode in the menu tab in the role but i m not getting any objects required for the same.

Kindly provide me the default objects required for normal operation in this tcode.

Hi

The easiest is to have a look at the standard roles from SAP:

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

They are a good startingpoint for checking the roles...

I thought your requiement was to find if there are any additional auth objects required for TCODE crm_dno_monitor.

So i had mentioned Auth objects only for CRM_DNO_monitor

Following are the objects requried for smooth functioning:

1) S_ALV_LAYO

2) S_GUI..

There is an selection screen which comes up as soon as you execute crm_dno_monitor. Untilll this point no additional authorization objects are required.

Later on there is list which comes in, which is an ALV grid display, wherein you might need the above mentioned auth objects.

Furthermore, when the list is displayed, and you want navigate to the support message, then you must also have authorization to display the trans type..

I hope you have all authorizations for Displaying Transaction type..
