Distribute assets in ME51N

HI ALL.

In ME51, Assets were distributed automatically.

1) Acct : A ,Qty : 10

2) click create assets in Account assignment Tab.

3) Choose [to existing assets]

4) Input assets range as required quantity.

5) In a result, distribute assets

In contrast to ME51,

In ME51N error messages were displayed and it did work.

error messages were follow..

1) 9 assets are ignored..

2) The distribution does not work mathematically.

cf) I choosed distribution (1. distrib on qty basis)

partial inv(2. distribute proportionally)

How to correct them?

Hi,

inthe tcode ME51N, after entering the material and the account assignment category as A, in the item details, in the account assignment tab , u can change the distribution from Single account assignment to either distribute on quantity basis or percentage.
