In Financial accounting you can define upto 2 additional currencies in addition to Local currency. The purpose is to maintain various ledgers in each currency which can be used for other reporting purposes apart from Legal reporting. During Invoice postings, the documents are saved in the parallel currencies as well. You can do foreign currency valuations for them
