Customizing error in Work schedule rule 2 LN 01 plln

Hi Experts,

After running the payroll i got the error for some employees as """Customizing in work schedule rule 2 LN 01 Plln"""

Where i can change//Modify to resolve the error.

HI Experts,

Through tcode PT01 i have entered ESG,Holiday calender ,PSG,and Approriate Work schedule rule.When I have entered dates it is giving error that ""Error while accessing public holiday calendar on 20110101"".I entered the date upto 2010.Where can i modify to resolve the error.

Dear Vicky,

You are telling that you maitained Holiday Calendar till 2010 year only.

And you are trying to generate the 2011 Jan calendar.

It will not generate.

To get you 2011 Jan calendar, you should also maintain the calendar till 2011.

Hope you got the point.

make sure u gave the same holiday calender in PT01 same as what u have assigned to ur Personel Subareas...

Hi Ram,

I checked the table.Everything is fine with the table.

After running the payroll for particular employee the above error customizing error is coming.

Even though i changed the infogroup with new dates in the screen display actions is showing still the wrong work schedule rule.

How can i solve the issue.

Hi sai,

This is chiatu here.. I can give u solution and it may be useful to u.......

What u have to do is? maintain the Work schedule Data Dates for Previews Year for EX: If u Configured work schedule data for 2007, u should maintain it for 2006,,

Bcoz while Creating Holiday calendar system takes default "from year", there don't make changes and Configured the workschedule data with same Year which system takes it as Default year.......

Fellow these steps to change dates

1. Holiday calendar

2. Factory calendar

3. Define daily work schedule

4. Set up work schedule rule

If u have maintained data for 2007, change it to 1 year past by fellowing up steps.....

Hi Sai,

It is clearly showing there is no WSR Plln generated. So this is a configuration issue, go to customizing part of Work Schedule, maintain the relevant DWS, PWS, WSR and generate the WSR. Then, probably you can use the WSR for the grouping.

Most important things are your grouping, validity periods.

I believe it is the problem with work schedule rule.

Please generate the WSR, but before this you need to maintain the daily work schedule, period work schedule etc.

hi sai,

check the validity dates for holiday calendar , daily work schedule and work schedule rules. and generate work schedules for the current payroll period year and previous month of that period. and run payroll.

generate work schedule atleast one payroll period b4 u run payroll..

i.e if ur running payroll for jan 2006, generate work schedule from dec 2005
