How to check these values in SUIM

Dear Gurus,

Kindly assist me that where to find the following exactly in SUIM.

A listing of user account for perticular period like Jan to Dec:

1) Creation

2) Access right changes

3) Removal transactions for users that has access to the company code only

Hi Kalyan,

The following steps might help four your requirement.

1. Creation

You can find the all the users in system by executing S_BCE_68001394 transaction. After execution, download all users in to Excel, then filter the list as you need.

2. Access change

You can get the required information by executing S_BCE_68001439 transaction.

pl do provide what are all the conditions you want like from date, to date, locks, pwd changes etc.

Option 3rd also you will get with the same as Option 2.

I don't think so kalyan...that system will give you such a information/functionality as company codes...i mean ya you can find out the list of users for a particular company code...but then every detail in those roles..that can be found out at individual level.

To what i have understood of your requirement you are asking for changes inside the roles..then PFCG will be of help to you...but that also will not be having the information that which information has been deleted..i hope you are getting my point.

go to SUIM --> Change Documents --> User, enter the User ID

will give you the information you require.
